About Deliberate Horizon
Meet your financial education guide.
I’m Noel Brémond. I help people understand money, markets and financial behaviour through one-to-one education. My aim is to make both clearer—the forces acting on your money and the concepts for working out what to do about them—not to tell you what to invest in.
A private investor for nearly a decade, I also have a background in counselling psychology. That combination shapes how I examine risk, cognitive bias, adaptation and the human side of consequential choices.

My philosophy
Clear thinking matters most when certainty is impossible.
I don’t assume an asset is good because it’s familiar or that cash is safe because the number doesn’t move. Every decision has risk, cost and an alternative we give up.
A broader perspective doesn’t mean knowing everything. It means recognising bias, adapting as facts change and building the judgement to decide independently.
That includes making sense of AI, automation and robotics. I can help you explore what these technologies do, where their limits lie and how they may affect work and financial choices—without assuming every headline will become reality.

Consultation terms
By booking a consultation, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
You’ll be paying Moat Lane LLC, the single-member company I own, trading as Deliberate Horizon.
Length, timing and cancellations
Paid consultations last 50 minutes; free introductory consultations last 20 minutes. If you join late, the consultation still ends at the scheduled time.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or free change. With less notice, fees aren’t refunded or transferred. Missed consultations are non-refundable. If I cancel, you may choose an alternative consultation or full refund.
Online meetings, contact and optional recording
Consultations take place on Google Meet. Contact between consultations is limited to practical arrangements.
Fathom is an AI meeting assistant that can join our Google Meet consultation to record, transcribe and summarise the conversation. Recording is optional and requires your consent; you can have your consultation without it. If you consent, you’ll receive the recording and notes, and you can request deletion by email. AI-generated notes can contain errors, so important details should be checked.
Confidentiality and responsibility
Consultations are confidential. Where an unrecorded consultation raises concerns, notes may be stored securely using initials only.
You’re still responsible for your decisions and actions. Financial markets and business decisions involve uncertainty. Nothing here replaces regulated financial, legal, accounting or tax advice.
Liability, indemnities and statutory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moat Lane LLC, trading as Deliberate Horizon, excludes indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss. Aggregate liability is capped at the total fees paid for Deliberate Horizon services; where no fees were paid, that monetary cap doesn’t apply.
Client indemnities apply only to unlawful conduct, material breach or third-party intellectual-property claims arising from client-supplied material, subject to the same aggregate fee cap and a fair claims procedure. They don’t cover losses caused by Moat Lane LLC’s negligence, misconduct, unauthorised use or breach.
Nothing limits liability that can’t lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights, including the right to reasonable care and skill.
